2. Services
ParcelGo Global provides airport lost item recovery and express delivery services. All services are subject to availability and our operational capabilities.
3. Limitations of Liability
ParcelGo Global acts as an intermediary between passengers and airport Lost & Found departments. We are not liable for items that have already been disposed of by the airport or for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
4. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
